Karma Cultivate is run by a husband and wife team with brains for marketing and hearts for philanthropy.
Trevor and Dee Finchamp spent the first 8 years of their careers working for dozens of for-profit clients – anything from jewelry manufacturers to rope wholesalers. They had countless positive experiences, but often felt conflicted about the campaigns they were required to carry out.
At the start of 2020, they decided they were done amplifying voices that weren’t making the world a better place, and Karma Cultivate was born.
How Are We Different?
Karma Cultivate is a communications and marketing firm that firmly believes that the best way to advertise in your community is to invest in your community.
Many non-profits have large, dedicated followings in their respective communities, but often struggle to fund the events or projects that they host. Meanwhile, many for-profit businesses struggle to earn the recognition, trust, and loyalty of their local communities – wasting their advertising budget on short-lived marketing campaigns that often annoy their target audience.
The solution is as simple as it sounds. Work together.
The relationship between for-profit and non-profit organizations is one of the largest untapped marketing approaches available today. This symbiotic relationship has the potential to transform communities and help the less fortunate, while driving new business to companies that truly deserve it.
Our Role
We work with for-profit businesses to determine on-brand sponsorship opportunities in their community – then film/photograph the event or content and publicize it through social channels and local media.
We work with non-profits to ensure they are prepared for growth and have the mindset required to meet sponsors’ needs. We also offer a full a wide variety of branding, creative, and marketing services to help them grow and fundraise.
Our years of experience working with both for and non-profit organizations has helped us develop a deep understanding of the needs, challenges, and full potential of the partnership. And our backgrounds in marketing and creative work allow us to offer a wide range of in-house services, which helps you avoid bloated budgets and big egos.

Dee Finchamp
A modern renaissance woman, Dee has worked on just about any kind of project you can imagine, from jewelry photography for Zales to paracord survival tutorials for SGT Knots. Her diverse set of skills have led to her working on blogs, Amazon EBC, logo designs, websites, & more.
Her degree in Communication Design means she’s focused on more than just attractive visuals. Her work is specifically tailored to convey the message you have in mind.
Trevor Finchamp
Trevor realized the potential of the relationship between for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations early in his career. While earning his degree in Public Relations, he worked with local businesses in his college town to raise over $200,000 for local non-profits.
Since then, he has been a part of dozens of companies’ charitable efforts – working on projects with the United Way, Make-a-Wish Foundation, One Drop Foundation, & more.
